Build the foundation. Shape the future.

An inspiring team

We’re a fast-moving startup building next-generation battery systems for drones and electric aircraft. At Tulip Tech, you won’t just follow a test plan — you’ll write the playbook. We’re a small, hands-on team that values smart thinking, building fast, and doing things right.

Help us power the future of transportation with batteries that fly.

You don’t just track parts, you keep the entire production in motion.

Build the flow behind the flight

Every drone and electric aircraft we power starts with the precision of logistics.
As Logistics Operator at Tulip Tech, you’ll keep our production running smoothly — from receiving critical components to shipping out flight-ready battery systems.

If you love structure, accuracy, and solving practical problems, you’ll thrive in this fast-paced environment where every detail counts and every shipment matters.

Before You Hit “Apply”

This isn’t a warehouse job where you just move boxes.
At Tulip Tech, logistics is the heartbeat of production, connecting engineering, assembly, and customers worldwide.

You’ll handle high-value components for our advanced battery systems used in drones and electric aircraft. You’ll be trusted to organize, coordinate, and improve, not just to follow steps.

We move fast, work closely together, and give people room to take initiative. If that excites you more than it scares you, keep reading.

Your Mission

Make sure every part, tool, and shipment is exactly where it needs to be: on time, in perfect condition, and ready for production.

You’ll manage incoming and outgoing goods, support our engineering and assembly teams, and help streamline how materials flow through our facility. Your precision keeps the production floor moving and our aircraft batteries flying.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components
  • Pick and prepare parts for production and assembly
  • Pack, label, and ship finished products to customers and partners
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and update ERP/warehouse systems
  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
  • Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and compliant
  • Support process improvements in logistics and supply chain operations

What You Bring

  • MBO level 3 (logistics or technical background preferred)
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse, or production environments
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability — you like things to be right
  • Comfortable with ERP systems, Excel, and digital tools
  • Team player with clear communication and initiative
  • Forklift or reach-truck certificate is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus

What We Offer

  • Salary between €2.400 – €3.200 gross/month
  • 38 days off per year (25 vacation + 13 ADV via CAO Metaal & Techniek)
  • 8% holiday allowance, travel reimbursement, and pension via PMT
  • A hands-on role in an innovative company building electric aviation systems
  • Room for growth
  • A close-knit team that values initiative and passion, and of course likes to have some laughs.

Ready to Keep Us Moving?

If you take pride in organization, enjoy practical work with impact, and want to be part of the team powering electric flight — we’d love to hear from you.
