  1. Your intake

    Start with a short intake with our technical sales team. Bring your application: the energy density you're targeting, your form factor, your volumes, and your timeline.

    Get a personalized offer

    After the intake, we map your options and send an offer with the full pack specification and pricing. Once approved, we build a prototype and send it over to test on your own platform. When the numbers hold up, we scale it into production.

    Your build begins

    We plan the project, source and match your cells, and build each pack to specification. Every step is logged as we go, so every pack is fully traceable across the supply chain.

    Testing and validation

    We test every pack on its own: voltage, internal resistance, and capacity. If a pack doesn't pass, it goes back through the line. Every pack that ships comes with its own test report, so you can check our numbers against yours.

    Delivery and support

    Every pack arrives in UN-certified, transport-safe packaging, with full compliance documentation and end-to-end tracking. Our team stays on for support after delivery.

Smart Battery Packs

A battery that manages itself is one less system you have to engineer.

Any of our packs can include an integrated battery management system that flags problems before they arise. It regulates charging and discharging, keeps every cell balanced, and also reports state of charge and cell health to your platform in real time.

In other words: you always know what your battery is doing, so every mission runs on real data.

From cell selection to volume production, every step is measured against your platform, so it performs at the top of what it was built for.

  1. Design

    First we model how your pack will perform, mechanically and electrically.

    Designing for manufacturing at the same time keeps the production version moving in parallel, so the pack you approve is the one we build.

  2. Prototyping

    Your pack should run reliably, every time.

    We run fast iterations to reach the highest-performing, lowest-weight build your platform can carry. Then we build a prototype and send it to you.

  3. Testing

    We test the battery itself, and you test it too.

    Every battery goes through extensive laboratory and field evaluation before it reaches you, so it performs safely and predictably on your platform.

  4. Scaling

    Once proven, scaling happens fast, because the production design was prepared alongside your prototype.

    Your pack is refined for manufacturing, certified to UN38.3, sourced to NDAA requirements, and produced at volume.
