Your Mission
At Tulip Tech, our production team is where design turns into reality. Every battery pack, module, and system that leaves our workshop has your fingerprint on it.
Your goal: make sure every product we assemble is safe, reliable, and built to spec — so our customers can trust their drones and aircraft in the sky.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical and electronic components into final products
- Operate tools and machinery with skill and safety
- Perform quality checks and flag issues before they leave the bench
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing staff to improve how we build
- Record what you’ve done, what you’ve used, and what needs fixing
- Take part in continuous training and improvement programs
What We Offer
- Salary between €2.400 – €3.200 gross/month (depending on experience)
- 38 days off per year (25 vacation + 13 ADV via CAO Metaal & Techniek)
- 8% holiday allowance, travel reimbursement, pension via PMT
