As our People and Office Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Den Bosch office — making sure everything runs smoothly, people feel supported, and the team has the tools, space, and energy to do their best work.

Whether it’s organizing a team lunch, helping a new colleague settle in, or making sure our workspace stays as inspiring as our ideas — you’ll make it happen.

What You’ll Do
- Manage daily office operations (supplies, groceries, shipments, facility contacts)
- Organize internal events — from team lunches to celebrations and offsites
- Arrange logistics for client visits and company meetings
- Support HR with onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration
- Help maintain HR systems, personnel files, and contract documentation
- Be the first point of contact for all office- and people-related requests
- Work with the HR Manager and COO to improve processes as we scale
What You Bring
- MBO4 or HBO degree in HR, Office Management, or Business Administration
- 1–3 years of experience in office management, HR support, or operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills, you like structure but keep things human
- Hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to fix problems before they grow
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and HR tools.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with passionate people and a “get it done” mindset
What We Offer
- Salary: €2.800 – €3.800 gross/month (based on experience)
- 32–40 hours/week, with 1 remote day per week possible
- 38 days off per year, based on full-time (25 vacation + 13 ADV)
- 8% holiday allowance, travel reimbursement, and pension via PMT
